Experienced Chat and Email Specialist with English (Mon-Fri)

Main responsibilities:
Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding the customer inquiries;
Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments;
Maintain the company`s database.

Job requirements:
Proficient level of English (C1 Level);
Previous experience in a Customer Support position is a must;
