Travel Advisor with German and English

Main responsibilities:

- Delivering customer experience of highest standarts, regarding worldwide traveling;
- Finding the best solutions for different types of traveling and accommodation;
- Offering help with the travel process from beginning to end;
- Planning and offering creative solutions to challenges.

Job requirements:

- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening;
- High proficiency German (C1) and working level of English;
- Experience in using Travel GDS System is an advantage but not a requirement;
- Customer satisfaction mindset;
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications);
- Team player.
