Supply Specialist

Nature of work:
Actively participate in the overall organization of the processes of supply and deliveries of materials, according to company needs.
Organize the process of deliveries in the company
Make orders and follow up their execution.
Organize the logistic of the stock and materials.
Coordinate the processes with Warehousing department
Regularly fill and update the company software with new information.
Prepare reports and analyses.

The successful candidate should:
Have a higher economic or technical education.
Have experience in the supply and logistic field – minimum 3 years.
Have excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Have excellent communication skills
Have confidence in working in dynamic environment, taking decisions and works without tight supervision.
Have strong planning and analytical skills
Have excellent MS Office knowledge.
