Our client is a successful international trading company for which we are looking for a Logistics Assistant.
Main responsibilities:
Follow up and redirects incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Pursue the processes of negotiations and communication with suppliers;
Monitors progress of all orders and backorders;
Organizes the processes with the warehousing department;
Prepares reports on the performed business activities;
Мonitors the issuance of the necessary documentation.

Successful candidate profile:
2 years experience in Logistics, Purchasing, Sales support or equivalent;
Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
Good MS Office skills, strong command of MS Excel;
Great communication skills and attention to details;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
A solution-oriented approach to dealing with different cases.
