What to expect:

Email & Phone support
Information support to existing merchants
Merchant account reporting, instruction and operation support
Provide support to Account Management & Sales teams
Working with Compliance team, Payments team, Legal and IT
Work in two shifts between 9 AM - 9 PM. Each shift is 9 hours


Your Profile:

Understand that this area of the company is extremely high profile; therefore, professional communication skills, both written and oral, are of paramount importance
Fluent English
Ability to form professional yet personable relationships with merchant contacts
Professionally deal with confidential information
Desire to achieve “next level” merchant services standards
Strong independent decision-making and organizational skills
Problem solver
Conflict/complaint resolution skills
Agility and flexibility in the workplace
Able to work in a team atmosphere
Can work unsupervised
Proactive work ethic
