Application Support Specialist with German / French / Italian / Dutch / Swedish / Finnish
Main responsibilities:
Communicating with our clients via chat, email and occasionally via phone;
Informing clients of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements;
Being involved in projects and task groups and gaining in depth knowledge of the business.

Job requirements:
Fluency in German / French / Italian / Dutch / Swedish / Finnish;
Working level of English;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Being efficient with different communication and office software tools.
