Essential Duties:
Driving Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)projects and serving as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to advise EDD operations team.
Serving as a joint custodian of Enhanced Due Diligence procedures with the EDD operations team
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement on current KYC/EDD controls and leading the new control implementation
Working with the product team on tracking and assessing the performance of existing and new KYC vendors and identifying opportunities for more cost-effective compliance controls
Assisting in sanctions and KYC related case review upon request
Leading monthly and quarterly trainings to the EDD operations team

Your Profile:
2-5 years of professional experience in a Compliance, Operations, or Audit role
Excellent written and verbal English skills, Bulgarian language would be a plus not essential
Experience in working in payments, or fintech, would be a big plus
Proactive, energetic with a strong sense of ownership is critical to the position
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with different levels of priority
