General duties:
Lead and execute the talent development strategy aligned with the Bank’s priorities and focus.
Design and oversee learning programs including but not limited to leadership development and employee career pathways.
Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce
Organizing and overseeing individual and team training programs
Create targeted development initiatives to address skill deficiencies and promote career progression.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, deliver tailored learning experience and recommend future training programs.
Lead a team of learning professional and subject matter experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
Cultivating a culture of self-learning and development, acting as a coach
Identifying an organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
Developing and implementing employee onboarding and retention programs or strategies
Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting, including succession planning
Managing the learning and development budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
Tracking training metrics and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
Collaborating with external vendors and trainers to establish relationships that benefit the organization.

Requirements:
Experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management and development
Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
Great interpersonal and motivational skills
Analytical and able to interpret data
Brilliant at influencing employees at all levels to support your strategies
Familiar with performance management and relevant software
Experience delivering employee training programs
Understanding of labor legislation
Ability to use the relevant Human Resources tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
