Currently we offer the opportunity to join the team of Our Client, a successful international company, and grow up with them on the position:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
(English or German)

Essential functions include:
Log, categorise and prioritise customer tickets in line with documented required standards
Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, e-mail, walk-ups, and callbacks in a timely manner, in accordance with current procedures
Learn about the project and client specifics and processes
Conduct initial diagnosis of faults
Where you are unable to resolve a ticket yourself, you will escalate this to the relevant team.
You will also have strong communication skills and good attention to detail, ensuring that all information entered into the system is accurate and handled in line with company procedures.
Manage resolved queues to ensure calls are closed as appropriate
Attributes for Success:
Master/Bachelor - technical degree preferred
Work experience in a related role
Technical background
Strong problem solving, teamwork, and time management skills
Highly customer-focused, analytical thinker who can quickly assess and identify customer needs
Initiative for continued learning and willingness to accept new challenges
Strong English / German proficiency
