The multinational UX/UI Team at Paysafe is on a mission to create impeccable industry-setting user experience in the fintech sector.

We work inseparably from product, insights, risk and marketing to envision new features, create the information architecture, scalable user interface, exquisite tone of voice and test, test, test on all stages of the product development. Our current focus is both the web and mobile applications for the digital wallets - Skrill and NETELLER.

It’s true - fintech language is often hard to understand for the regular user. Regulations and financial terminology don’t always make for a welcoming experience. This is where the UX Copywriter comes in - they are able to synthesize and transform the language used to a nice, succinct read for the app user. With a distinct voice, too.

What to expect
Help set a distinct, engaging and human tone of voice for our digital wallet products - Skrill and Neteller, together with UX, Marketing and Brand teams;
Collaborate closely with UX/UI employees to plan, write and improve copy for web and mobile applications;
Write for usability and interaction with project goals in mind;
Understand the user personas and write custom tailored messaging;
Initiate user tests.

To be successful you need to have
Ability to synthesize complex information to a brief, easy to understand, engaging message
A keen sense of humor in fluent English
3+ years of experience as a copywriter, ux copywriter, or content strategist
A portfolio of previous professional work
