Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist with German (FULLY REMOTE)


Main responsibilities:
Provide hardware/ software/ network problem resolution via telephone, email, and chat;
Coordinate and manage relationships with businesses and support them with further needed assistance;
Use internal system to document and manage problems, work requests, and their resolution.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
Fluency German (B2/C1);
Proficiency in English (B2 level);
Experience in customer or technical support will be considered an advantage;
Excellent MS Office skills.
