Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative With German
Main Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve a wide variety of consumer queries by phone and in writing;
• provide 1st Level Support using Knowledge Base;
• provide information about options on the service requests, status of requests and incidents;
• proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team.
This would be the right role for you if you have:
• very good command of spoken German (level C1);
• good command of English (at least level B1);
• experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial;
• service desk or helpdesk background is an advantage;
• trouble shooting skills and experience.
