For one of our clients – worldwide services company dealing with analytics and management
operations. We are on a lookout for bright, organized and customer focused individuals for
the role of Contact Center Specialist with Spanish, Italian, Russian, French, Dutch and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact for customers, partners and employees via phone, chat and email;
* Striving towards providing positive and low effort experience;
* Identifying and understanding the issues and offering easy-to-follow solutions;
* Forwarding complex and sensitive cases to the right team;
* Acting as a part of a team, helping and supporting others to the best of your abilities.

Requirements:
* Great Spanish, Italian, Russian, French, Dutch and English written and verbal skills;
* Excellent conversational skills, empathy and active listening;
* Strong computer user skillet and typing skills;
* Customer-oriented, self-motivated and eager to improve;
* Adaptable analytical thinker with a team-player attitude;
* Good with multitasking and time management.
