We are currently looking for a Communications Assistant (12-months contractor role) to join our Site Central Team and support our Internal Communications Team.

What you’ll be doing?
Supporting all the internal communication activities such as internal messages, communication support around internal engagement - events, activities, and initiatives;
Maintaining and creating content for the internal communication channels – Intranet, newsletters, SharePoint page, etc.
Creating different visual materials for internal use, such as key visuals, infographics, videos, etc.
Assisting with daily administrative duties
Partnering with the Communications Manager, Talent Acquisition, Office Administration Team and HR teams.
Maintaining and creating content for Experian Bulgaria’ social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) by preparing texts, visuals, and proposing ideas;
Taking care and supporting the selection of the marketing merchandise;
Creating designs and videos used for external initiatives and campaigns;
Taking part in the preparation of the different brand initiatives and support Experian Bulgaria’s positioning during various events;
What you’ll bring?

Ideally, you are a person that possesses a positive attitude, is open-minded and proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

We also expect from you to have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
A strong interest in internal, social media, and digital communications;
Enjoys taking part in events organization.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
Design and MS PhotoShop skills will be considered an advantage;
