About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in recruiting and selecting the best workers to join a dedicated team. Your mission will involve identifying, assessing, and attracting candidates aligned with core values, while actively contributing to the creation of a positive and stimulating work environment.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a variety of qualified candidates;
Effectively disseminate job openings across various platforms and professional networks;
Identify potential talents through targeted research and creative search techniques;
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills;
Qualifications:
Proven recruitment experience;
Ability to assess technical skills and identify exceptional candidates;
Fluent in French OR Dutch OR English;
Ability to work independently while being an active and collaborative team member;
Enthusiasm and a desire to excel in the field of recruitment.
