Information Service Specialist with English


What we will be looking for in YOU is:
Proficiency in English - C1;
Higher Technical Education - Mechanics/Electronics/Engineering specialty/Automatics;
Experience in the field of technical support;
Ability to effectively convey technical information;
Excellent analytical and verbal communication and customer service skills required

Your typical day will include:
Work with customers to resolve technical cases and maintain high customer satisfaction;
Troubleshoot or assist with online difficulties using software products such as Team Viewer, Microsoft Teams and other specialized systems and platforms;
Working with other teams to resolve more advanced issues when needed;
He works in a friendly and professional team.
