Logistics Support Coordinator with Romanian and English


Your profile:

Excellent level of written and spoken Romanian, English and Bulgarian;
Good soft skills and ability to cope with deadlines and customer pressure;
Customer orientation and problem-solving skills;
Able to work quickly and accurately;
Analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Communication with European Assistance Centers;
Communication with Romanian and Bulgarian customers;
Answer incoming calls and assist customers in their specific inquiries;
Handling invoices and reinvoicing them;
