The Warehouse Lead manages a team of Warehouse Shift Leaders and reports directly to Warehouse Manager.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implements the short- and long-term strategy of the Warehouse
Manages warehouse operations, including 3PLs
Controls the on time and exact execution of orders
Leads the team in maximizing productivity and minimizing mistakes
Monitors and controls warehouse costs
Creates and manages working schedules and plans available resources - technical and people
Hires and onboards new staff, identifies the training needs, works with people to create capabilities and develops talents
Ensures compliance with all internal procedures related to quality, health and safety and good warehouse practices

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree (preferably in Economics/ Logistics Management
3+ years of experience in warehouse and 3PL management
1+ years of managerial experience (leading teams and processes)
English language - intermediate
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience in SAP or another ERP system is desirable
Result orientation with readiness to seek and find solutions; strong prioritization skills
Teamwork attitude and interest in continuously learning and developing
Readiness to work on 8 hours shifts (incl. night shift)
