For one of our clients – a pioneer in the field of modern computer science. We are on looking
for highly capable, driven individuals for the role of Master Data Specialist with Romanian, Polish, Hungarian, Portuguese, French or German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Creating customer account in SAP based on the details received from Sales/Customers;
* Preforming customer pre-qualification requirements (e.g. duplicate checks, restricted party
screening, license verification);
* Providing customers with account information (e.g. account number, status, etc.);
* Monitoring customer activation, ensuring it is completed in time and customer communication sent;
* Handling queries and resolving arising issues in timely manner;
* Sticking to TAT and accuracy, reporting on daily performance, updating all performance logs;
* Reporting KPI's/SLA's as per agreed timelines;
* Preforming assigned activities in time and accuracy parameters of the process.
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Romanian, Polish, Hungarian, Portuguese, French or German;
* Superb English communications skills;
* Great customer service skills (phone, email and chat skills, prior customer service experience required, contact service preferred);
* Admirable soft skills and a team player attitude;
* Relevant working experience of 2-3 years;
* Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, workflows; Salesforce, Zendesk, Seibel CRM preferrable);
* Working experience in Customer Master Data /Master Data Management (CMD/MDM);
* Basic understanding of overall F&A or OTC cycle;
* Great MS office skills;
* Graduate/Masters in any discipline (Graduate/Masters in Finance or accounting preferrable);
* Availability for work in shifts (Local Time Zone 8AM to 5 PM).
