For one of our trusted clients - we are looking for:

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Main responsibilities:
Maintaining the good relations with customers;
Handling sales orders;
Answering customers enquiries and supplying customers with technical and commercial product information upon their request;
Sending orders to our foreign suppliers and handling the import of the products;
Issuing sales documents and invoices; processing, organizing and filing the trade documentation;
Keeping track of activities in the outsourced warehouses of the company;
Maintaining order database and forecast spreadsheet;
Keeping customer data updated on the system;

Requirements:
University degree in economics, business administration or in a related field;
Prior customer service experience - at least 2 years in Customer Service or Logistics or Import/Export Departments;
Experience and knowledge in import, customs clearance procedures, consignment stock operations, international and domestic transport;
Has the ability to prioritize workload according to importance/deadlines;
Good level of written and spoken English;
Analytical thinking; experience with any ERP system;
Driving license is a must;
