B2B Technical Coordinator with Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, French (FULLY REMOTE)

Main responsibilities:
Provide relevant technical inquiries resolutions via various channels;
Assess the customers’ needs and troubleshoot any issues they might have;
Coordinate and build longterm relationships with clients;
Use Internal System to handle issues, work requests and their management.

This would be the right role for you if you possess:
Fluency in any of the following languages: Czech/ Slovak/ Polish/ German or French (C1-C2 level);
Working level of English (B2);
Experience in customer or technical support (will be considered an advantage);
Excellent MS Office skills.
