We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director.

The one who is ready to take on the responsibility of being the right hand of the Director of the company - a professional with similar experience in Real Estate, who has flexibility in communicating with people at different levels, dedication to work, combinability in challenging situations, impressive skills for searching and finding information, excellent time management, thanks to which he can skillfully juggle the tasks set within a specific deadline.


If this is you, you should be great with these responsibilities:
Support the Director in administrative and organizational tasks;
Correspondence management and drafting letters and documents;
Мaintaining Director's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, workshops and travel;
Аrrange travel, hotel accommodation and flight reservations;
Translation of communication and documentation from and into English;
Act as a first point of reference for all partners and enquirers.

Key requirements:
At least 2-3 years of previous experience in such a position is a must;
Fluent English - both written and verbal;
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and professional proactivity;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to details;
High self-discipline and independence in fulfilling work commitments;
Excellent planning and multitasking skills.
