Experienced Chat and Email Specialist with English (NEW COMPANY) Sofia office


Мain responsibilities:
Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding set up of accounts, payments, updates and password resets;
Resolve and investigate various cases;
Maintain company`s database.

Job requirements:
Advanced level of verbal and written English (C1 Level);
Previous experience in a Customer/ Technical Support position is a must;
Excellent communication skills;
Availability to work on shifts.
