to join their team as it is expanding.

Main Responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers through email and live chat;
- Keeping up to date with their products and promotions;
- Delivering first-class service to the customers in line with departmental KPI’s;
- Collaboratinging closely with colleague across the entire international business.

- Fluent written and spoken German language skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Availability and flexibility to work on shifts;
- Good computing skills, especially in web-based applications.
