Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. They are looking for a Chat and Email Support Specialist with Arabic 4/6/8h (Fully Remote) to join their team in Bulgaria. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main Responsibilities:
• Assisting video - games players with any issues via email and chat;
• Providing a unique player experience;
• Communicating with the rest of the teams, finding the best solution for the users;
• Working side by side with the rest of team in order to improve the inner processes.

• Have excellent verbal and written Arabic and English (C1 Level);
