Part-time Client Support Specialist with German / French / Italian and Dutch (4/6/8)



Main responsibilities:
Supports customers by providing helpful information and answering questions;
Create customer accounts in the system and provide customers with account and payment information;
Help business clients reach a resolution to their problems via email or phone.

Fluent German/ French/ Italian OR Dutch;
Very good level of English (B1 level);
Experience in customer or technical support will be considered an advantage;
Excellent MS Office skills.
