Our partner is a leading international company. They are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist with Hebrew and English to join their team as it is expanding.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide 1st Level Support using Knowledge Base;
- Provide information about options on the service requests, status of requests and incidents, etc.;
- Navigating multiple systems simultaneously in order to update e-records promptly and accurately.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

- Very good command of spoken Hebrew (level C1);
- Good command of English (level B2);
- Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial;
- Service desk or helpdesk background is an advantage.
