Our partner is an FCA and CySEC-approved fintech company. They are looking for a Non–Voice Account Support Specialist with Danish, Dutch or Finnish to join their team as it is expanding.


Main responsibilities:
Acts as a point of contact for clients regarding accounts inquiries mainly via chat and email and monitors regulatory changes, transactions and updates;
Coordinate and cooperate with the internal departments and other stakeholders and process verification documents;
Provide high-quality service to achieve and uplift customer satisfaction and establish a long-term business relationship.

Job requirements:

Very good level of Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German or Italian (B2 level);
Very good level of English (B2 level);
Experience in a similar role is a plus;
