Our client is one of the most recognizable and trusted brands in the global sports betting and gaming market. The company has about 90 years of experience in the market and has about 12 000 employees in nine countries globally. The company has been operating in Bulgaria since 2009 and has more than 300 employees. They work on a hybrid model but there is an option to work fully from home after the 6th month. Currently, they are expanding their Italian customer service team and they are looking for a:

Customer Support Specialist with Italian - Email & Chat

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support to clients mostly via live chat and email;
• Provide assistance for products, websites, software, etc;
• Answer customer queries in timely and professional manner;
• Collaborates with other team members and colleagues in the office;
• Guide customers into finding the best solution for them.


Requirements:

• Excellent Italian– both verbal and written;
• Good English skills;
• Previous customer service experience would be a benefit but it’s not neccessary;
• Friendly and communicative approach
• Customer orientation;
• Professional work ethics and attitude;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Solution-oriented mindset.
