The company has been operating in Bulgaria since 2009 and has more than 300 employees. They work on a hybrid model but there is an option to work fully from home after the 6th month. Currently, they are expanding their Italian customer service team and they are looking for a:

Email & Chat Customer Support Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support to clients mostly via live chat and email;
• Provide assistance for products, websites, software, etc;
• Answer customer queries in timely and professional manner;
• Collaborates with other team members and colleagues in the office;
• Guide customers into finding the best solution for them.


Requirements:

• Excellent German– both verbal and written;
• Good English skills;
• Previous customer service experience would be a benefit but it’s not neccessary;
• Friendly and communicative approach
• Customer orientation;
• Professional work ethics and attitude;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Solution-oriented mindset.
