Manpower Inc. is a leading global workforce solutions provider with a presence in 80 countries. We are currently seeking a German-Speaking Customer Relations Agent to join our client's Sofia team. As part of this role, you will provide effective and timely remote support to customers for a variety of standard and non-standard exceptional customer work orders and onsite tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Timely manage service requests from customers through various channels and verify request details with customers.
Coordinate resources and keep customers informed on case development status.
Review and accept customer feedback related to customer entitlement and case management.
Timely elevate and escalate complex issues and simultaneously manage multiple tasks or cases.
Follow up on the successful completion of each case and keep case documentation as required.

Qualifications:
High School/ Bachelor/Master's Degree
Relevant experience in a similar environment is an advantage
Fluent in German (written and verbal) and very good command of English
Possibility to start in short term
