Manpower Bulgaria is looking for one of its international partners –for an ambitious candidate to join their CS Team! The company is a leader in the energy sector, committed to sustainable energy for everyone. We are currently seeking a Client Manager with Dutch to join their team.

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for handling all customer service inquiries from our current and potential customers. You will handle incoming requests via telephone, email, and chat, and provide support for invoicing, payments, tariff changes, complaints, retention, and move requests.

Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2);
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Experience in customer service;
Strong computer skills;
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
