Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist with Russian / French / Italian OR German


Main responsibilities:
Provide hardware/ software/ network problem resolution via telephone, email, and chat;
Coordinate and manage relationships with businesses and support them with further needed assistance;
Use internal system to document and manage problems, work requests, and their resolution.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
Fluency Russian / French / Italian OR German (C1 level);
Proficiency in English (C1 level);
Experience in customer or technical support in an international company will be considered an advantage;
Excellent MS Office skills.
