Clients Request Coordinator with German OR Danish


Your responsibilities:

∙ Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, chat regarding the company products;
∙ Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service with dealers and consumers;
∙ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution.

This would be the right role for you if you:

• Have excellent verbal and written German OR Danish;
• Very good English level (B2 level);
• Previous experience in an outsourcing company will be considered as an advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
