Essential Job Functions:
* Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner via chat and phone;
* Demonstrate great product and services knowledge;
* Ensure that every customer receives quick answers and clear responses;
* Document each and every customer case correctly.

Requirements and qualifications:
* Fluency in French, German, Swedish, Dutch
* Good level of English;
* Attention to detail and ability to multi task;
* Positive attitude;
* Ability to work independently with little supervision;
* Good computer literacy and typing skills.
