For one of our clients – a leading company offering business enchantment products and
services. We are looking for capable, customer-oriented and adaptable analytical thinkers for
the role of Order Fulfilment Specialist with French, German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with all accounts daily via inbound/outbound calls and collecting via various
collection methods;
* Handling and maintaining accounts’ administration and analysis;
* Keeping track of accounts’ payment patterns and implementing corrective measures where
needed;
* Ensuring that preset targets are met for a given time period in compliance with internal rules and regulations;
* Upkeeping all ledgers and keeping them clean and settled.

Requirements:
* Very good knowledge of French, Italian or German and good understanding of English;
* Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with SAP;
* Good PC user skills and a knack for problem-solving;
* Customer-focused, able to handle different cases and negotiate with ease;
* Analytical thinker, able to adapt and work in a dynamic work environment;
* Able to work as a part of the team and driven to reach and surpass preset targets and goals.
