They are looking for Business Clients Support Specialist with French, German, Italian, Greek or Romanian to join their team as it is expanding.

Main Responsibilities:
Supports business clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;
Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate users from international companies ;
Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company;
Focusing on process improvement identification and development.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
Excellent verbal and written French, German, Italian, Greek or Romanian (C1 Level);
Very good level of English (B2 Level);
University degree in Business, Economics or Finance, or another relevant field;
Previous experience in financial, administrative, or customer support positions will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation;
