Customer Query Specialist with French / German / Dutch / Norwegian OR Danish (4/6/8)

Main responsibilities:
Receive customer orders and enter them into the company’s system;
Supports customers by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;
Create customer accounts in the system and provide customers with account and payment information;
Help business clients reach a resolution to their problems via email or phone.
