Customer Service Representative with Dutch/ German/ Polish/ Turkish OR Hebrew

Main responsibilities:
Provide support to B2B clients via various channels;
Manage different requests in regards to products and suggesting information about other services provided by the company;
Update the internal tracking system to track documents, issues, work requests and enquiries;
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This would be the right role for you if you:
Fluent in Dutch/ German/ Polish/ Turkish OR Hebrew (C1 level);
Proficient level of English (B2 level);
Experience in customer or technical support will be considered as a strong advantage;
Previous knowledge in CRM systems would be considered as a plus;
Excellent MS Office skills.
