Non-Voice Game Support with German/ French/ Hungarian OR Italian


Main responsibilities:
Advising customers regarding issues (via email or chat only);
Establish long-term business relationships;
Conclude investigations and follow-ups reported by the users;
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Job requirements:
Fluency in German/ French/ Hungarian OR Italian (C1-C2 level);
