solutions in the customer experience field. We are looking for bright, friendly and driven
people for the role of PTE Call Centre Representative with German, Czech, or Slovak and
English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answering customers questions and offering relevant solutions in a timely manner;
* Approaching each case with interest and demonstrating understanding and care;
* Striving to provide a positive experience and ensuring customer happiness;
* Keeping accurate logs of each case for future reference;
* Up-keeping your knowledge of company’s services and products;
* Working closely with other colleagues and functioning as a part of the team.
Requirements:
* Great German, Czech, or Slovak and good English language skills;
* Strong communication skills and a friendly and open approach;
* Team-player attitude and drive to improve and provide a high-quality experience;
* Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage time well;
* Flexible and able to adapt to different customer’s needs;
* Available to work on shifts and weekends.
