For one of our clients – a company offering services in the field of customer experience. We
are on a search for adaptable, skilled and team-oriented people for the role of Call Center
Specialist with Danish, Czech, Spanish or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with the customers, taking note of their questions, requests and issues;
* Providing answers and information about company’s services and handling requests;
* Offering solutions in a timely manner in order to achieve customer satisfaction;
* Maintaining the database by logging details about every interaction for future reference;
* Updating knowledge of products and services on offer;
* Helping and supporting other employees in their time of need and working together towards
improving and optimizing areas that need an update.

Requirements:
* Excellent skills in one of the main languages and a good understanding of English;
* Impressive soft skills, ability to handle conversing with different types of people with ease;
* Reliable, good with time management and prioritizing tasks according to urgency;
* Team-oriented, ready to help and learn develop further;
* Experience in call center environment and/or in a similar role is desirable;
* Adaptable and able to keep up with changes in process, products and services.
