For one of our clients – a well-established name in the field of customer experience
management. We are looking for reliable, bright, friendly and flexible people for the role of
Customer Care Agent with Albanian, Hungarian, Czech or Slovak, German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact for the customers and taking note of their requests;
* Utilizing your communication skills in order to provide a positive customer experience;
* Striving to offer the best suited solution, in a reasonable time frame and logging information
about the interaction in the data base;
* Maintaining your knowledge on client’s products and services, and providing customers
with accurate and up-to-date information;
* Offering your help and support to colleagues and working as a part of a team.

Requirements:
* Excellent fluency in one of the main languages and good command of English;
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable;
* PC literate and a great communicator, able to handle different customers with ease;
* Organized, reliable and team-oriented, ready to help and learn;
* Flexible, able to adapt quickly to changes in process, products and services.
