For one of our clients – a global company offering services in various fields. We are on a
lookout for attentive, open and dedicated individuals for the role of Support Centre Agent with
Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish, French or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact for our customers via different channels;
* Building and maintaining strong relationship with our customers and striving to achieve
customer satisfaction;
* Providing information about our products and services and answering requests and offering
solutions for customers’ issues;
* Ensuring that the issues are handled quickly and escalating complex cases when needed;
* Maintaining knowledge of company’s products and services.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish, French or German and English;
* Active listener and great with focusing on details;
* Skilled with communication and able to handle different types of customers;
* Ready to learn, improve and provide a high-quality service;
* Organized and a capable multitasker, able to do two or more tasks at the same time;
* Excited to be a part of the team and located in Varna.
