Our client is one of the largest outsourcing companies with more than 35 years of experience. The company provides service to more than 450 clients and has a presence in 28 countries. For some of their projects, they’re looking for a:

Customer Service Specialist with Hebrew – Remote

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via phone and email and resolving queries;
• Providing information regarding clients' products and services, exceeding department productivity standards and quality customer care standards;
• Carrying out customer inquiries in timely and correct manner by predefined rules when escalation is needed;
• Understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators;
• Updating e-records promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher degree;
• Previous experience in customer service would be beneficial;
• Excellent Hebrew skills;
• Good English skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multitask with capacity to prioritize urgent matters;
• Good computer skills.
