Your Responsibilities

You will be the primary phone contact for all customer inquiries related to car rentals.
You will be an expert in areas such as explaining invoices, handling complaints, providing product advice, and assisting with bookings.
Your Profile

You have an open-minded approach when dealing with customers, addressing their concerns empathetically and with a focus on solutions.
You work diligently in accordance with the client's guidelines.
You are proficient in using common PC applications.
You possess excellent language skills (C1) in English, both written and spoken.
