We on a search for confident, flexible and responsible people for the role of PART TIME Phone and
Chat Associate with Finish, Norwegian, German or Danish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Chatting with customers via tickets or calls;
* Noting patterns in issues and common questions, reporting to the team lead;
* Actively listening and helping customers with answers and solutions;
* Providing guidance, ensuring customer happiness;
* Collaborating closely with colleagues for a friendly working atmosphere.

Requirements:
* Great command of Finish, Norwegian, German or Danish and English;
* Customer-focused, eager to assist and leave a positive impression;
* Confident conversationalist, adaptable to different customer types;
* Familiar with basic technologies, keen to learn and expand skills;
* Team-oriented and proactive, ready to support others.
