On behalf of our trusted client, leading Rent-a-car and leasing company, we are looking for communicative and motivated person to occupy the position of:


Rent-a-car agent /temporary assignment/


Key responsibilities:

• Greeting customers at the counter;
• Assisting customers with their vehicle rentals to ensure a positive experience;
• Processing and administration of the short-term rental agreements;
• Promoting and selling our additional products according to customer’s needs;
• Striving for sales growth, customer retention and exceptional service.
• Moving the cars from and to the Burgas Airport parking lot;
• Moving the cars to and from the service stations serving the respective brand;
• Checks the technical condition of the cars before and after rental;
• Take care of filling and washing the cars;
• Completes a checklist and a waybill before handing over to the customer and checks it after receiving it back;
• Claiming damages and transporting the cars to and from the repair shop.


Main requirements:

• High school or university degree education;
• Clear driving license – cat. B;
• Good spoken and written English;
• Flexibility to work shifts;
• Effective verbal communication skills;
• Basic working level of computer literacy (typing, data entry, MS Office);
• Ability and readiness to work with foreign customers;
• Willingness to work in a team.
