Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Chat with customers through different channels;
* Help with product info and inquiries;
* Use tools for effective issue resolution;
* Stay updated on products and services;
* Ensure happy customers, welcome feedback;
* Escalate complex cases as needed;
* Build strong customer relationships.

Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian, Spanish French, Greek or German and English language;
* People-friendly, enthusiastic and adaptable;
* Detail-oriented and a good listener;
* Eager to learn, deliver top-notch service;
* Organized multitasker;
* Skilled with MS Office applications and PC literate;
* Team player, based in Varna.
