General duties:
Optimize voice and chat interactions
Craft seamless and engaging conversational experience
Continuously improve bot understanding and responses based on user feedback and daily monitoring
Take part of improving and training existing models
Test daily functioning of the system in real time and maintain the existing and future software automated solutions
Stay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI and machine learning
Benchmark best-practice, design/redesign existing system, propose new services implementation to increase bot’s efficiency
Build and prepare reporting and analyses for virtual assistant's activity
Prepare business specifications/story acceptance criteria

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT, Financial or Customer service areas
BSc in the field of IT, Business Administration, Finance or similar
Strong marketing and presentation skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Easily achieve good knowledge in applications
Organization and time management skills
Proactive attitude, self-driven and results oriented
Good communication and Teamwork skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail
Comfort in different tools usage (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
Experience and knowledge in development and implementation of automated solutions, bots, customer service processes and solutions will be considered an advantage
